Budgets and Finances

The Finance Department manages the financial affairs of the Corporation, including the areas of Taxation, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Supply & Services.  

This includes the annual current and capital budgets, property tax billing and collection, risk management and property liability insurance, and financial studies.
