To initiate a service request, we require your full name, address, and phone number. Please note that Building Services and Municipal Law Enforcement Services cannot investigate anonymous complaints. Your personal information will remain confidential in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA). Additionally, complaints deemed to be vexatious, frivolous, or unrelated to the complainant’s direct interests will not be processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
