The Planning & Development Committee is holding an Electronic Statutory Public Meeting. The public meeting will provide interested parties the ability to learn more about the proposal and provide comments and feedback before any decisions are made on the above noted application. Proposal
The purpose of this application is to amend certain zoning standards to allow for the development of a commercial plaza with eight buildings, which may include a grocery store, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, personal services and other service-related uses.
