Do you know a senior who has made a positive impact in Pickering?

The City of Pickering is excited to announce the launch of the Senior of the Year award, an initiative designed to celebrate the outstanding contributions of local seniors aged 65+. If you know someone who has positively impacted the community through their work in social, cultural, or environmental areas, this is a great opportunity to nominate them for recognition.

To nominate someone, please fill out the nomination form on the City of Pickering’s website, detailing how the nominee has made a difference in the community. Nominations must be submitted by 4:00pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025. The winner will be honored during the Senior’s Month Big Band event on June 8, 2025.
