Financial Assistance
The City of Pickering provides financial assistance to qualifying low income residents looking to register for City recreation programs and memberships.
Residents who are receiving support from Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), or Ontario Works programs can receive financial assistance by bringing details to the Registration Desk.
Eligibility (under Access to Recreation Policy)
- eligibility to receive subsidization is based on financial need
- applicants must be City of Pickering residents
- applicants must submit their most recent income tax notice, or notice of assessment, with their application
