Proposal
S. Larkin Developments Inc. has submitted an application for Zoning By-law Amendment to rezone the subject property to an appropriate zone category to legalize the existing industrial uses that operate on the property, as well as to expand the list of permitted uses to facilitate a redevelopment of the lands for industrial and commercial uses.
The proposed redevelopment includes:
- three new industrial buildings (in addition to the existing industrial building that is located on the site and proposed to remain)
- a retail gasoline outlet with an accessory retail establishment
- a car wash
- a truck fueling station, and
- associated parking areas
